Spillane managed Aviva's EM local currency bonds fund, while subsequently leading overall EM Debt strategy, from 2013 to 2025\. He replaces longtime pan-Asia fixed income leader **Endre Pedersen**, who had served as head and CIO for EM Fixed Income with Manulife since 2021.
